This Privacy Policy describes how FuLiangJOB ("we", "us", "our", or "the application") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when authorized users connect their Google accounts. FuLiangJOB is an internal reporting tool used for advertising data statistics, daily reporting, and operational analysis. By using FuLiangJOB, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

3. Data We Collect
After an authorized user grants permission through Google OAuth, FuLiangJOB may retrieve the following data through the Google Ads API:
- Google Ads account identifiers and basic account information (e.g., account name and ID);
- Advertising campaign, ad group, and advertisement information (e.g., campaign names, statuses, settings);
- Reporting metrics such as advertising cost, impressions, clicks, conversions, and related performance data.
We also collect the Google account email address of the authorizing user, solely to associate the authorization with the correct FuLiangJOB administrator account. FuLiangJOB does not collect Google account passwords, and does not request access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or any Google services other than the Google Ads API.
4. How We Use Data
We use the collected data solely for:
- Generating internal statistics, cost summaries, and daily/periodic reports;
- Operational analysis of advertising performance;
- Maintaining the security and correct functioning of the application.
We do not use Google user data for any other purpose. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine learning models. We do not use Google APIs for AI-generated Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (AINCI) or any other purpose prohibited by the Google APIs Terms of Service.
5. Data Sharing and Transfer
FuLiangJOB does not sell, rent, or trade Google user data to third parties. Data is not shared with third parties except:
- As necessary to provide the service with infrastructure providers acting under contract (e.g., cloud hosting), bound by confidentiality obligations;
- To comply with applicable law, legal process, or valid government requests;
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of FuLiangJOB, its users, or the public.
Data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your country. Where such transfers occur, we apply appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data protection laws.
6. Data Storage and Retention
Google Ads data retrieved by FuLiangJOB is stored on cloud servers controlled by the FuLiangJOB operations team, protected by access controls so that only authorized personnel can access it. Data is retained for as long as needed for the internal reporting and analysis purposes described above. When data is no longer necessary, or when a user requests deletion, the data is deleted within 30 days.
7. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS);
- Access limited to authorized FuLiangJOB personnel on a need-to-know basis;
- Authentication and authorization controls for application access;
- Compliance with applicable Google Ads API policies and requirements.
8. Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights with respect to your data:
- Revoke access: You may revoke FuLiangJOB's access to your Google account at any time by visiting the Google Account permissions page.
- Access, correction, and deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting ccong15819zl@gmail.com. We will respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe, and deletion requests will be completed within 30 days.
9. Limited Use Disclosure
FuLiangJOB's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
10. Children's Privacy
FuLiangJOB is intended for use by authorized business administrators only and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of FuLiangJOB after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
